Enter M4 at J4 at West Drayton. Continue on the motorway until you reach the city and Cromwell Road. You will pass Tesco, Cromwell Hospital and Sainbury's all on your left. Keep straight on, crossing Gloucester Road and Queens Gate. Take first available right turn directly opposite the Natural History Museum - Queensberry Place, then left into Harrington Road towards Fulham Road. On Fulham road turn into Sydney Street.
